It’s unfortunate but there are multiple other places to spend our money. Ed Gertge would probably not approve of this GM’s decision as I have met him in the past and I know his business practices are better than that. We will also make multiple reviews to let others know of the lack of customer service we received. Instead due to the lack of willingness to work with us on this we not only won’t be buying additional passes we will no longer be coming here.

We were going to buy three more passes to accompany this one so our daughter wasn’t coming here alone. We went in today to address the possibility of making an exception for our daughter to use it this summer 2021 since things had fully opened back up and after the employee spoke with the general manager, Elisa, she was told they would not honor it. We also emailed the general manager of Syracuse Rush, Elisa, multiple times, March of 2020, April of 2021, and later in the summer and never received a response any of the times we inquired about the pass. They state they reopened in April of 2020 however we were abiding by government guidelines which stated not to accumulate in crowds and to stay home. Unfortunately Covid hit and a rush was shut down in March. She was extremely excited to turn it in and use it throughout the summer. My 12 year old daughter won a summer season pass last year for her hard work selling Wasatch savings books. We only live a few minutes away so we are happy to have found a place to have some fun.īad business 101. My daughter is super excited about going back. It was great to take out-of-town guest to do something fun that was indoors. We just brought our own mini hand sanitizers and would squirt everyone down after they were finished with an activity so that didn't bother us. So again, if you are looking for a place where they are wiping every item down after someone uses it this is NOT the place for you.

The handles on the golf clubs looked super dirty. They do make you keep your mask on but I did not notice much cleaning going on other than the tables being wiped down a lot. I would have given them 5 stars but wanted to say that if you are super sensitive about COVID cleaning this is not the place for you. The go-karts were super fun and the bumper cars have a spinning feature on them that made me have to pass but the younger people loved them. The mini golf was a lot of fun but the neon lights started to make me sick after a while. The only downside for me is I don't see very well and most activities are in the dark. We only paid for 2 hours but are planning to go back again and do 3 instead. We basically had the place to ourselves until 12:00 p.m.

We went the day after Thanksgiving and were surprised by how few people were there.
